Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules and responsibilities that apply when you access or use EasyGrowth AI.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

1. Acceptance and accounts

By accessing or using EasyGrowth AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and promptly addressing suspected unauthorized access. You must be legally able to enter into these terms in the place where you use the service.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use EasyGrowth AI to:

  • violate applicable law or another person's rights;
  • access, connect, analyze, or publish to an account you do not have authority to use;
  • create or distribute malicious, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawfully deceptive material;
  • interfere with service security, availability, access controls, or operational limits;
  • probe, scrape, automate, reverse engineer, or overload the service except through interfaces and limits EasyGrowth makes available;
  • introduce malware or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data; or
  • use the service in a way that causes EasyGrowth or another user to violate YouTube or another connected provider's rules.

3. Connected YouTube accounts

You may connect only a YouTube account and channel you are authorized to control. You are responsible for permissions granted through Google OAuth and for activity performed through your EasyGrowth account.

Before approving a publication, you must review the selected channel, media, thumbnail, title, description, tags, audience designation, privacy status, schedule, synthetic-media setting, and other publication details. You remain responsible for compliance with YouTube's terms, policies, disclosure rules, and channel requirements.

4. Generated content and publication

AI-generated analysis and content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or similar to material produced for others. EasyGrowth does not guarantee that an output is factual, unique, effective, or appropriate for your intended audience.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content and deciding whether to use or publish it. This includes checking factual claims, rights, permissions, required disclosures, audience suitability, platform settings, and the consequences of publication. EasyGrowth output is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

5. Intellectual property responsibility

You must have all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions needed for prompts, uploads, reference material, music, trademarks, likenesses, and other content you submit or direct EasyGrowth to use. You are responsible for determining whether generated or published content infringes intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, or other third-party rights.

These terms do not promise that generated output is exclusive, protectable, or non-infringing. Do not remove ownership notices or use another party's content in a way you are not authorized to use.

6. Third-party services

EasyGrowth depends on services operated by others, including Google and YouTube and optional AI, media, hosting, and email providers. Their services, accounts, APIs, outputs, limits, pricing, and policies are controlled by those providers and may change independently.

Your use of a connected provider is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices. EasyGrowth is not responsible for a third party's decision to reject, restrict, remove, demonetize, or otherwise act on an account or content.

7. Service availability and limitations

EasyGrowth may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. The service may be interrupted or delayed by maintenance, failures, demand, external APIs, provider quotas, moderation, or events outside EasyGrowth's control. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its output are provided without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or a particular business or audience result. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Suspension and termination

EasyGrowth may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to respond to misuse, a security risk, a violation of these terms or third-party platform rules, legal obligations, or discontinuation of the service. Where practical, EasyGrowth may give notice or an opportunity to address the issue, but does not promise advance notice in every case.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because there is no self-service account deletion control, contact us to request account closure. Ending access does not reverse publications already sent to YouTube or remove obligations that arose before termination.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date at the top identifies the current published version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
