Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information EasyGrowth AI handles, why it is used, and the choices available when you connect external services such as YouTube.
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the EasyGrowth AI website, product, and related services. It covers information you provide directly, information created while you use the service, and information the service receives from integrations you choose to connect.
2. Information we handle
Depending on the features you use, EasyGrowth AI may handle:
- Account and profile information, such as your email address, name, niche preferences, language, content settings, and security state.
- Content and instructions you submit, including prompts, reference URLs, uploaded media, generated assets, publication metadata, and approval decisions.
- Service records, including analysis results, AI and media jobs, publication attempts and status, provider usage, errors, and operational audit information.
- Technical information used to operate and protect the service, such as request metadata, application events, and security logs.
- Public YouTube reference information processed separately from a connected account, such as public video and channel metadata for a reference URL you submit.
3. YouTube OAuth connection
Connecting YouTube is optional. If you choose to connect it, EasyGrowth redirects you to Google to review and approve the requested permissions. EasyGrowth does not receive your Google password.
During connection, the service requests the authenticated YouTube channel's ID and snippet. It retains the channel ID and display title, the scopes Google reports as granted, connection and token expiry metadata, and the OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to make authorized requests.
4. YouTube permissions and their use
EasyGrowth requests these two Google OAuth scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonlyallows the service to view your YouTube account. EasyGrowth currently uses it to identify and verify the connected channel and read processing and publication status for videos uploaded through the service.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.uploadallows the service to manage your YouTube videos. EasyGrowth currently uses it to upload videos and thumbnails you approve, together with the title, description, tags, privacy, scheduling, audience, and related publication settings you select.
Authorized YouTube data is used to provide the prominent, user-facing connected-channel and publication features described above. The connection does not grant EasyGrowth permission to access data outside the scopes you approve.
5. Storage and protection of OAuth tokens
YouTube access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted credential fields in the EasyGrowth backend. Token values are not returned to or displayed by the frontend. Backend operations use the stored tokens in the context of the EasyGrowth account that created the connection.
These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. This statement applies specifically to stored credential fields and is not a claim that every category of service data uses the same storage protection.
6. How information is used
EasyGrowth uses information handled by the service to:
- create and maintain your account and preferences;
- analyze references and produce requested reports;
- run AI and media generation workflows you initiate;
- verify a connected YouTube channel and carry out reviewed publication actions;
- show job, processing, usage, and publication status;
- operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service; and
- communicate about account and service events.
7. Third-party processing
Google and YouTube process authorization requests and the YouTube API operations you approve under their own terms and privacy policies. When you choose an optional AI or media provider, relevant prompts, content, reference material, media, and generation settings may be sent to that provider to perform the requested operation.
Hosting infrastructure and transactional email providers may process account or operational information as needed to host the service, store its records, deliver account messages, and support service operations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Retention and your choices
Retention varies according to the kind of record and the operational needs of the feature. EasyGrowth does not promise a universal retention period or automatic deletion schedule for all data.
You can stop future authorized YouTube API access by removing EasyGrowth from the third-party connections or permissions area of your Google Account. Revoking Google access does not by itself delete information already stored in EasyGrowth, such as account records, generated content, or publication history.
9. Disconnection and deletion requests
To request removal of the stored YouTube credential connection, close your EasyGrowth account, or request deletion of account data, contact us using the address below. Requests will be reviewed against the records EasyGrowth holds and any technical, security, or other applicable constraints.
No fixed completion period, immediate erasure from backups, or universal deletion outcome is promised. We may need information to verify that a requester controls the affected EasyGrowth account.
